HR Project Consultant
Working closely with the HR Team and HR Centres of Excellence to conduct research, you will collect and analyse data to identify issues, provide advice, and work with the HR team to develop solutions to solve business problems that have measurable impact and add commercial value.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver People projects/innovative solutions and change in partnership with the business to ensure continuous improvement and value add to the business and our customers.
  • Work alongside the HR Business Partners and Senior HR Project Consultants to help scope key projects and manage project delivery.
  • Manage and track the project plan, actions, risks, dependencies, and responsible for effective project controls and procedures within their given initiatives.
  • Develop and sustain collaborative working relationships across the organisation.
  • Ensure regular feedback on project progress and any blockers to success to stakeholders so that they are fully engaged in the delivery outcomes and progression of the project during its lifecycle.
  • Produce and deliver relevant presentation packs for Key Stakeholders ensuring all communications are written and delivered in the right way and inspiring people to come on the journey.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the business on People policies, processes & procedures relating to the project delivery.
  • Analyse HR MI (e.g. data on turnover, headcount, discipline and grievance, performance management, absence, reward) to diagnose business/people problems and recommend provide effective solutions

Skills & Experience

    • At least 3-5yrs experience in Generalist HR, with experience working with managers to create positive business outcomes.
    • Experience managing several change/transformation projects and initiatives simultaneously and on-time
    • Knowledge of current people/HR thinking/practice and employee legislation and its implications for the business
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and effective stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team and build effective working relationships with managers.
