I work within the recruitment division in Sanderson, working on permanent, temporary and contract recruitment campaigns. I recently graduated with a BSc degree in Business and Management from Technological University of Dublin. My degree allowed me to gain an insight into business strategy, workforce planning, and current market trends. Kirsten Eskicioglu
Associate Consultant

I’m a part of the recruitment division at Sanderson and I work on campaigns for permanent, temporary, and contract positions. I’m a graduate of Trinity College, having recently completed my degree in European Studies. I’m keenly interested in the human aspect of business operations and I pursued a specialisation in Sociology throughout my degree, studying modules such as Organisational Sociology and writing my thesis on the subject of modern employee attitudes to workday structuring.

I believe that that placing the right people in the right role is essential in ensuring success, both of the individual and of the organisation. This belief is what drives me to support candidates in realising their professional goals and to provide clients with resourcing and talent management solutions that work best for them. When I’m not placing great people in great companies, you’ll find me on the yoga mat or in the kitchen, trying out a new recipe!
