Sanderson is working with a well known FMCG and they’re looking for a quality team lead to join their team. 4+ years experience in a similar role is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication and People Management:

• Develop leadership skills.
• Manage the QC team.
• Coordinate with departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.

Department Management:

• Monitor KPI targets.
• Communicate customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the innovation team.
• Review technical information.
• Champion staff training.

QMS & HACCP Systems:

• Lead the HACCP team.
• Ensure compliance with standards.
• Implement internal audit programs.

Testing Programs:

• Oversee evaluations and testing.
• Address non-conformances.
• Manage product quarantine.

Supplier Management:

• Maintain supplier processes.
• Review supplier performance.
• Conduct supplier audits.

Customer Management and Service:

• Maintain product specifications.
• Manage customer queries.
• Represent technical expertise.

Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience:

• Diploma or higher in Food Science.
• 4+ years in FMCG or food retail.
• BRC standards knowledge.
• Lead auditor and HACCP certifications.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
