New Product Development Manager – Permanent – Kildare
Sanderson is working with a well known FMCG, and they're looking for an NPD manager to join their team. You will lead the NPD department in developing and launching new products, ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals. Reporting to the Head of NPD, this role focuses on strategy, collaboration, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop NPD strategies for sales and market expansion.
• Conduct market research to evolve product offerings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee product launch processes.
• Foster team cohesion and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Coordinate trials and guide products through the NPI process.
• Support team in achieving targets.
Requirements:
• 5+ years in food industry.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Meat processing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food technology.
• Commercial awareness.
