Sanderson are working with a charity in South Dublin to recruit for the position of an Administrative Assistant. This Charity works to support adults with severe mental health needs. This is a 2-year fixed term contract and it is based entirely On-Site

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative assistant to join our team. As an administrative assistant you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our organisation. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to handle various tasks will ensure that our office runs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate reports for nurse management and regulations.
  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and events.
  • Establish and maintain effective systems.
  • Assist with projects and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and correspondence.
  • Update and manage information systems.
  • Maintain organised records and filing.
  • Provide reception coverage when needed.
  • Uphold safety and organisational values.

Requirements:

  • Recognised level 6 qualification by QQI or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years administration experience post qualification.
  • Administration experience in health care or similar.
  • Workforce planning and rostering.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Data protection knowledge.
  • Professional discretion and confidentiality.
