Position Overview:
Currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Qualified Solicitor to join our team in the Kildare office. The successful candidate will play a key role in the real estate practice, with a particular focus on residential and commercial property matters. This position requires expertise in dealing with landlords and tenants, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier legal advice and representation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of real estate matters, including residential and commercial property transactions.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on landlord and tenant issues.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legislation and case law.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor
• Expertise in the commercial conveyancing and commercial law area
• Experience in real estate law, with a focus on residential and commercial property matters
• Proven experience dealing with landlord and tenant issues
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
