Assistant Accountant

Sanderson are working with a leading global organisation to recruit for the position of an Assistant Accountant. Our client is seeking a Part Qualified Assistant Accountant to join their team, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a busy financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Credit Card reports and out of pocket expenses are validated, approved and processed in a timely manner.
• Administering cost allocations such as fleet costs, leases, insurances, pension, payroll & overhead costs.
• Annual audit participation, cash flow processes, year end and month end responsibilities.
• Responsible for weekly bank reconciliation processes.

Criteria:

• Part qualified CIMA/CPA with a desire to progress to full qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a busy finance department.
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a confident communicator with the ability to work and engage with multiple stakeholders.
