Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sanderson is working in partnership with its leading Global client to recruit an experienced Sales Recruiter to join the TA Team on a long term contract.The Role open due to increased demand and significant growth plans in the region and will work as part of a large international team.

Role Responsibilities

  • The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for supporting recruitment activities for the EMEA Sales Team
  • You’ll be responsible for delivering staffing needs as identified by the Sales Leaders, alongside the TA Senior Management team
  • You will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process including; hiring manager meetings, identifying and screening candidates, managing the offer and on-boarding process.
  • Be involved in identifying recruitment strategies to solidify commitment to acquire and develop a diverse workforce, including internal top talent mobility.
  • Execute full life cycle recruitment: sourcing through day 1.
  • Obtain guidance from management and senior-level team members as necessary in order to provide strategic staffing support to assigned client base.
  • Develop and maintain a network of outside contacts including recruiters, agencies, and professional organizations to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Attend career fairs and other community and professional recruitment events to pipeline talent.
  • Utilise a variety of resources to source candidates including: job boards, cold calls, creative online searches, internal job posting site, and employee referral program.
  • Conduct telephone and in-person interviews to evaluate applicants and refer qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
  • Confer with hiring manager and Lead Recruitment Business Partners to determine most qualified candidate; compile, negotiate, and extend offer to the selected individual.
  • Ensure that applicant records and statistics are properly maintained; ensure that all phases of the employment process are in full, legal compliance.
  • Compile reports, make recommendations on continuous improvement efforts, and track effectiveness of sourcing methods.
  • Assist in meeting talent acquisition metrics including cost per hire, time to fill, interview per hire ratio and diversity.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience of recruiting in a corporate and/or agency recruiting environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a working knowledge of recruiting policies and practices.
  • Ability to build relationships, recruit candidates, and influence selection decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills required.
