Senior HR Business Partner

Sanderson is partnering with its global pharmaceutical client to place an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Core Duties:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and employment legislation
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and performance management
  • Lead complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes
  • Support change initiatives including restructures and operational transformation
  • Manage the HR Operations team, ensuring effective delivery across the employee lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of HR processes and systems
  • Analyse people data to provide actionable business insights
  • Lead and support union negotiations, including pay agreements, collective bargaining and broader industrial relations matters

Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years HR experience, including HRBP exposure
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills
  • Third-level qualification in HR or related discipline (CIPD desirable)
  • Experience supporting operational or warehouse environments would be beneficial
