Senior HR Business Partner
Sanderson is partnering with its global pharmaceutical client to place an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Core Duties:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and employment legislation
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and performance management
- Lead complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes
- Support change initiatives including restructures and operational transformation
- Manage the HR Operations team, ensuring effective delivery across the employee lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of HR processes and systems
- Analyse people data to provide actionable business insights
- Lead and support union negotiations, including pay agreements, collective bargaining and broader industrial relations matters
Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years HR experience, including HRBP exposure
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills
- Third-level qualification in HR or related discipline (CIPD desirable)
- Experience supporting operational or warehouse environments would be beneficial
