Billing Manager

Sanderson is proud to partner with a multinational group in Dublin in the search for a dynamic Billing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing local team.

Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a talented team of five Billing Analysts ensuring seamless billing operations and consistent financial performance. Acting as a key bridge between senior Finance stakeholders and client-facing teams, you'll drive process optimisation, strategic initiatives, and meaningful results.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Team Leadership and Performance
• Lead, coach, and mentor Billing Specialists
• Manage team structure and workload allocation
• Drive a performance culture centred on key financial metrics
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing development programmes
• Improve Lockup Day metrics through continuous benchmarking
• Lead financial reviews and ensure data integrity
• Solve complex billing issues e.g. e-billing, multi-payor matters
• Introduce automation and tools to drive office billing KPIs
• Partner with Global Services, Finance, and Operations to improve workflows

Essential Experience and Skills required

• At least 4-5 years' experience as Billing Manager
• Strong team leadership and coaching capabilities
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, Concur, and e-billing platforms
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of Irish VAT regulations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Data-driven with a sharp eye for process efficiency and KPIs
