HR Business Partner Manager (Day Rate Contractor)

Key Responsibilities:

• 6 Month Contract on a Day Rate
• Provide comprehensive HR Business Partner support for Ireland workforce on matters of compliance, business transformation and employee relations
• Support the implementation of country-specific programs
• Collaborate closely with the different HR functions in Ireland and globally

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring HR compliance
• Employee Relations case management
• Alignment with functional HRBPs on strategic workforce planning
• Planning and overseeing people impacting transformation work
• Performance management process support
• Rollout and communication of HR policies
• Employee Engagement initiatives

Required Experience:

• Proven multi-year experience as an independent HR Generalist.
• Strong background in Employee Relations (ER).
• Solid understanding of Irish labor law.
