Sanderson hosted a HR and procurement panel discussion

On Thursday 20th April, Sanderson in association with The HR World, organised a Panel Discussion for HR and Procurement professionals. The discussion was held in The Dean Hotel on Harcourt Street, Dublin 2 and was chaired by Donal O'Donoghue, Managing Director of Sanderson.

The panel was comprised of four HR and Procurement experts with a mandate to explore the organisational dynamics affecting HR and Procurement, under the title "From Conflict to Collaboration":

- Orlagh Hunt, Independent Non Executive Director at FBD

- Anthony Brennan, HR Director at Cityjet

- Kieron Bryne, Former Director of Strategic Sourcing at Aer Lingus

- Vincent Lattimore, Head of Transformation Sourcing & Professional Services at AIB

The event was particularly useful due to the high level of engagement from those in attendance. There were plenty of thought provoking questions and observations from the guests, which made for a robust and enjoyable debate.

Following on from the panel discussion, there was ample opportunity for peer networking and to continue the discussion in smaller groups.

We will be producing a blog with some of the key themes and insights over the coming week.
