Donal O'Donoghue
Managing Director

I work with our clients to understand their business strategy and the people plan required to deliver that strategy. Whether it’s designing resourcing solutions for permanent hires or developing RPO or MSP solutions, for me, it’s all about creating customised programs that add value.

I work with organisations on cultural analysis and leadership development, improving team dynamics to achieve high performance. After 25 years in the recruitment and talent management business, I’m still passionate about the role we play as labour market enablers. I’m a regular speaker, media contributor, and radio panellist. I represented Ireland as an international athlete for many years, winning European and World silver medals and a World Cup along the way. - MSc. in Management Practice - Graduated summa cum laude, 1st Class Honours with Distinction from IMI and UCC.

- President of the National Recruitment Federation and Chair of its Executive Committee.

Nicola Reid
Director Supply Chain & Procurement

I lead the Supply Chain and Procurement Recruitment Division within Sanderson. For the last 19 years I have been supporting clients who seek talented Supply Chain & Procurement professionals. Director – Accounting & Finance

Kirtee Issur-Garvin Recruitment Consultant – Technology & Business Change

I work within the IT and Business Change department, working primarily on temporary and contract positions. I recently graduated from DCU with a BSc degree in International Business majoring in French and Management. Emma Kennedy Associate Consultant – Marketing & Sales

I work within the Marketing & Sales division in Sanderson, working on permanent, temporary and contract recruitment campaigns. I recently graduated with a BSc degree in Marketing Practice from National College of Ireland. Alongside my marketing degree I also have experience working in the marketing industry this has given me good marketing knowledge and interest in the field.

Recruitment has been a great career choice. What I love about it is that no two days are the same.  Imran Jiwo Associate Recruitment Consultant – IT

I work within the IT department at Sanderson and work on both permanent and contract roles. I graduated from Maynooth University with a BBS degree in International Business. Once I completed my degree, I always knew I wanted to travel and made the decision to move to Vancouver, Canada, for almost a year. During this time, I completed a Human Resources internship which focussed on recruitment. This internship piqued my interest in the recruitment industry, and from here, I knew it was what I wanted to do.

Amy Blake Associate Consultant – Accounting & Finance

I work in the Finance and Accountancy department at Sanderson. My primary focus is on sourcing exceptional candidates for finance and part-qualified accountant roles. I provide support across various domains such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, accounts assistant, case managers, claims handlers, and many other vital areas.

Recently, I successfully graduated from NUIG, where I pursued a BSc degree in Economics and Geography. In my Economics studies, I delved into financial business, Microeconomics and Macroeconomics which has proven to be immensely relevant to my role at Sanderson. My aim is to assist clients in securing positions where they feel genuinely valued and appreciated.
