Project Control Expert

This growing company is working on global construction projects & employs over 150 staff in Dublin. You will report to a Project Control Mgr & work on developing standardised project & portfolio scheduling system. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent & quality scheduling & reporting of projects globally

Key responsibilities are:
• Work to develop a standardised project, portfolio & platform reporting templates.
• Work with your Mgr to develop project data & to automated system for project reporting.
• Co-ordinate to ensure schedules for each project & are maintained consistently globally
• If needed support colleagues globally with schedules for company’s projects & portfolios.
• Evaluate proposed changes to existing schedules & recommend alternatives if needed
• Lead production of monthly project controls reported for all of company’s projects
Manage on SharePoint Online & budget account codes via Dynamics AX
• Manage/maintain project risk & issue register templates; quality check input by Project Mgrs

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
• Hons Grad with 5 years project scheduling controls exp..
• Ideally have Primavera & M/S Project scheduling software.
• Excellent IT skills, with MS Office & a data mgt. system such as SharePoint Online.
• Hold a Dip/Degree in Project Mgt. & certification such as PMI-PMP, PMI-SP, Prince, or IPMA.
• Attention to detail & a broad strategic view
• Familiar with project development & construction planning, work methods & sequences.
• An efficient & organised approach to working, task prioritisation & time mgt..
Proven capability to meet deadlines & deliver to timelines.
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources & work in a team.
• Excellent verbal & written English communication skills. Spanish is an advantage.
