Donal O'Donoghue
Managing Director

I work with leadership teams on talent decisions that drive business performance. My focus is on solving complex hiring and organisational challenges, from senior appointments through to designing and delivering scaled solutions, including RPO and MSP. This includes advising on workforce structure, leadership capability and how talent decisions impact growth, cost and execution. Focused on talent decisions where execution, cost and delivery outcomes are interdependent.

I also support organisations on culture, leadership and team performance, particularly in environments undergoing change or growth. With over 25 years’ experience in recruitment and talent advisory, I bring a practical, market-led perspective shaped by direct client work across financial services, technology and professional functions. I am a regular media contributor and speaker on labour market trends, careers and hiring strategy.

Nicola Reid
Director, Supply Chain & Procurement

I lead the Supply Chain and Procurement division at Sanderson Ireland. With over 20 years’ experience, I have supported organisations in securing high-calibre procurement and supply chain talent across financial services, industry and the public sector. My focus is on senior and specialist appointments, from leadership roles through to critical mid-level hires. Focused on securing critical procurement and supply chain capability in constrained markets.

I work with clients to define the capability required, access the relevant talent pools, and deliver with pace and precision in competitive markets. I am a Fellow of the Employment & Recruitment Federation (ERF) and a member of the Institute of Directors and the Irish Institute of Procurement and Materials Management.

Gary Vitagliano
Director, HR

I lead the delivery of HR recruitment at Sanderson Ireland, specialising in mid to senior-level appointments across the full range of human resources disciplines. With over 20 years’ experience, I work with organisations to secure HR talent that supports organisational design, culture and performance. This includes roles across organisational development, reward, HR systems and employee relations. Supporting organisations to build HR capability aligned to organisational performance and change. My approach is grounded in understanding the business context behind each hire and delivering solutions aligned to broader organisational objectives. I am a member of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Employment & Recruitment Federation (ERF).

Director, Accounting & Finance

I lead the Accounting and Finance division at Sanderson Ireland. With over 20 years’ experience, I work with organisations across industry and financial services to deliver senior finance hiring, including CFO, Finance Director and Group Financial Controller appointments. Delivering senior finance hires where credibility, timing and impact are business-critical. My focus is on supporting clients through critical finance hires, combining market insight with access to high-quality talent in a competitive market. Martin Griffiths
Chairman

As Chairman of Sanderson Solutions Group Plc, I am responsible for the strategic direction and governance of the Group. Providing strategic oversight focused on growth, governance and long-term value creation. I am a Chartered Accountant and have held senior leadership roles across recruitment, engineering and hospitality, including CEO, CFO and Chairman positions.

My experience spans business growth, transformation and corporate development, including oversight of strategy, finance and acquisitions. I have been involved with Sanderson for over three decades and continue to support the Group’s long-term development and international growth.
